Most of the chest lift exercise is push up. If you push down Make regular shots, you will benefit. Swimming occasionally. Boys & Girls need to do certain exercises to build their chest muscles. In this exercise, the muscles are stretched. 
Now there are a few workouts that will give you the best benefits of growing your chest rapidly.

                                                  Floor Pushup

Floor pushups should be extended to the hard floor. A total of four (4) sets. Each set will be booked from 12 to 15 p.m.

   Barbell Bench Press

Lie on your back on the bench. The weight plate on both sides of the barbell should be taken according to the physical ability. Then the barbell should be lifted with both hands along the chest. A total of four sets have to be done. 10 to 12 times per set.

                                      Incline Barbell Bench Press


This exercise is similar to a barbell bench press. In this case, the only difference is only on the bench. The barbell has to be lifted by leaning back on the curved bench. 4 should be set. 10 to 12 times per set.
                                                                      

                                               Butterfly Press


This should be done with the help of gym equipment. You have to pull the two handles attached to the spring with both hands and bring it along the chest. Must give three sets. 12 to 15 times per set.

                                            Parallel Bar Dips

It is very effective in stretching the chest muscles. By placing the hands in two parallel bars, the upper part of the body has to be lifted again with a slight inclination. Must give three sets. 10 to 12 times per set.
