Floor Pushup
Floor pushups should be extended to the hard floor. A total of four (4) sets. Each set will be booked from 12 to 15 p.m.
Barbell Bench Press
Lie on your back on the bench. The weight plate on both sides of the barbell should be taken according to the physical ability. Then the barbell should be lifted with both hands along the chest. A total of four sets have to be done. 10 to 12 times per set.
