Real Bear in a Tree Reportedly Causes Adventureland, Frontierland, And Liberty Square To Fail To Open With The Park.

Three Magic Kingdom lands at Walt Disney World, which opened later than expected this morning, and it now seems that a bear within the park is to blame, according to reports.

Magic Kingdom’s Bear in a Tree

Unconfirmed claims, according to WDWMagic, claim that a bear is in a tree close to Big Thunder Mountain Railroad in Frontierland.

The entrances to Adventureland and Liberty Square are guarded by Cast Members, as we mentioned this morning, preventing visitors from entering the western portion of Magic Kingdom.

The following attractions are “temporarily closed” as of the time of publication.

  • Big Thunder Mountain Railroad
  • Walt Disney World Railroad – Frontierland
  • Pirates of the Caribbean
  • Walt Disney’s Enchanted Tiki Room
  • Jungle Cruise
  • The Magic Carpets of Aladdin
  • Swiss Family Treehouse
  • The Hall of Presidents
  • Haunted Mansion
  • Under the Sea — Journey of the Little Mermaid
